About Me

Hello Christ Lutheran families!

My name is Sarah Noch, and I am delighted to be the 8th grade homeroom, algebra, and middle school history teacher. I am blessed with the opportunity to guide students through their final year at Christ Lutheran, and love to see students grow in their independence and understanding of the world around them as we explore Washington D.C. toward the end of the every school year! Eighth grade is an awesome year of change and growth for students as they get ready to head off into high school, so I work hard to make it a challenging yet fun and rewarding year.

I graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a major in education and a minor in history, and then attended San Diego State University where I acquired my multiple-subject teaching credential. I am currently taking classes from San Diego State so that I can clear my credential. I have worked with students of all ages and needs, and before I came to Christ Lutheran I worked for Torrance Unified in a first-grade classroom.

I am an avid reader, a lover of dogs, and I love spending time outside whether it be hiking, walking, or going to the beach. Most of my students are also well aware of my obsession with coffee :)

I look forward to the upcoming school year!

Sincerely,

Ms. Noch
