Grandparents Day- Feb 1

Grandparents Day is a very special day on our campus where we have an opportunity to thank our wonderful grandparents who do so much for our school and for their grandchildren. We welcome about 250 grandparents in the gym for breakfast at 9am and then open classrooms for a time of grandparent/grandchild fun and games! We end with a time in our chapel where each classroom shares a song or skit in honor of our amazing grandparents! For more information please see the Grandparents Day flyer sent home with students this week and attached to this post.

Middle School Musical

The Mystery of the Manger has been solved!

We were visited by Jane Blond, an investigative reporter who was looking into allegations that the baby Jesus born on Christmas Day was indeed the Son of God. She had questions, we had answers. She tried to poke holes in the Biblical account of Jesus, but facts are facts. Jesus fulfilled every Old Testament prophesy about the coming Messiah. The eye witness accounts documented in the Gospels are more evidence of the Truth. Way to go 5th - 8th grade students who brought forth this powerful message through song and dance and a BIG thank you to the incredible teachers who helped the students bring this story to the stage: Mrs. McKenzie, Mrs. Nicholson, Mrs. Kim and Ms. Noch. A special thank-you to Unmatched Lighting, we appreciate you!
