I grew up in a small farming community north of Detroit and as a result of the influence of my grandparents chose to attend Concordia University Chicago to become a Lutheran educator. After finishing at Concordia, I spent two years as a volunteer missionary in Hungary teaching English to students in grades 5-12 as well as adults. I then served fifteen years at Lutheran High School La Verne teaching religion and social studies classes and serving in a wide variety of roles, completing my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership through Azusa Pacific University in 2014. The past four years I served as the principal at Hope Lutheran School in Glendora, CA.
I look forward to serving the Christ Lutheran community as your new principal and look forward to seeing what the Lord has in store for us in this new season as we continue to put our hope in trust in Jesus.
